My girls LOVED going to the dentist and seeing Larrissa was a true blessing. We had a little hesitation and anxiety around the appointment, but upon arrival both girls felt very comfortable. My... youngest even went into full relax mode with her hands above her head at one point during the cleaning. Larrissa was able to explain to my daughters where they were doing a good job brushing and where they could fight the "germy bugs" a little more. I was a new patient with them today. Everyone from the lady I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment, to the hygienist and the dentist were all very friendly and inviting. I felt comfortable... with all aspects of the visit. Plus, they use new technology for 3d imaging and another type of x-ray scanner I have not seen before which were pretty cool. This was my first visit. EVERY staff member was so nice and welcoming. I had emergency, got me in within a couple hours. Helped me temporarily solve pain. Absolute 10/10 experience. I loathe going to the dentist and feared for my first visit at this office but it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. No one got annoyed with me for being fearful... as other offices have. I almost immediately relaxed as soon as I sat in the chair and started talking to my hygienist, she was understanding and knew all the tricks to make me feel more comfortable. They have also curated an incredible group of people that staff the office as well as implemented professional protocols that made a minimal-stress... experience (if any, for me!).Mai was the assistant that took care of me, and she was a joy to be around. She was altogether professional, warm and friendly. Throughout the appointment, she was very careful with the way she interacted her tools whether around areas that were numb or areas that were not numb.The dentist that treated me was Dr Kingrani. Dr Patel came in to numb my teeth to allow my dentist some time to finish work elsewhere. I mention that because 1) it is so great seeing staff helping each other out, and, 2) he did a great job esp for having to reach deep into the tissue muscles like he did.okay, so my dentist, Dr Kingrani, is so ideal. She is gentle-mannered, and she demonstrates her care in the way she engages with her patients whether conversationally or during treatment. She is light-handed, and she proactively seeks a patient's comfort -- and her assistant's as well! for a single-surface filling, she made adjustments until the integrity of her work matched her perfectionist's standards. Leaving the treatment room, I felt so satisfied to have actually cared for myself because I saw her.Additional Comment: My husband is the anxious type and had delayed much-needed treatment for a few years before seeing Dr. Kingrani. After seeing her, he was ready to not just get one major treatment done but to schedule the remaining two-plus treatments at his soonest availability. I will not speak further into his experience for him in public, but I mean to express that the dramatic change in his efforts to see the dentist (plus the way he raved about the dentist, office and staff) is significant to us. Altogether, we feel so blessed to have found a dental office we are eager to return to for our future appointments.read more

Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. They were excellent with my children (ages 4 and 8) and they explained things clearly. Definitely feel like we've found our forever family dentistry.

From the beginning to end of the procedure I felt very comfortable, even though I didn’t really know what to... expect. These folks are professional, kind, and truly concerned about your dental and overall health. I had a crown pop off Tuesday evening before Christmas and they were able to get me in to get it... re-seated the following morning. The crown will need to be replaced (it’s 30 years old), so they re-seated the existing crown and they helped me set up a plan to replace it in a couple of months. I cracked my real tooth, under a porcelain veneer, bd was so freaked out about the process of replacing it that I put my head in the sand for over a year… All the time praying it wouldn’t break off!... I went to two other dentists before finding Dr Patel. They both made me want to stay in denial! But on my first consultation with Dr Patel I knew I was in the right spot. Today was the big day. Not gonna lie… I did not sleep well last night worried about the pain, and more importantly… what my temporary tooth would look like! 2 hours later I’m home, still numb but on a good ibuprofen/Tylenol regimen, and, the fake temp looks real!!! Also… the whole team at Love to Smile Dentistry is terrific. They work very well together and respect each others skills. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! And not cut nothin but I could have caused a lot more grief, and expense, for myself by ignoring it. I got lucky… especially in choosing Dr Patel!read more

The entire staff dispels anxiety and fear from the moment you enter the cool and calming blue waiting room (where you seldom wait). The reception and billing staff are fun and very personable...I have a great rapport with everybody.On more than one occasion I have had a periodontal cleaning where they discover a cavity and fix it on the same visit. This is great for me because it saves coming back for another appointment.
